Great location, good communication. A bonus is that the Chrome cast on the tv worked (not common) so I could stream a movie from my phone. Perfect as a solo traveler but a couple might find it cramped.

Location is top, very centric, close to all main attractions. I got what I expected - well appointed room with a private bath in an refurbished apartment in an aparrtment building. Instructions for self check - in were straightforward, place was clean, bed waa comfortable. I was there in off season, so I paid peanuts. In general, it was fantastic value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Location is great, right in the heart of the city, but we struggled a bit to find the exact entrance—more detailed instructions would be helpful. The TV with multiple apps in the sleeping area is a nice touch for relaxing and chilling. We appreciated finding tea, which was a lovely addition for a cozy night. The staff provided information, though in a few cases, I had to ask twice to get the correct details. However, they were responsive and arranged an early check-in, which was much appreciated.

We booked this apartment for the last hundred meters, since the accommodation we had booked a long time ago was canceled and we didn't really have many options from which we can choose. It doesn't have very good reviews and we were expecting the worst, but it wasn't like that and we were very happy! The communication with those who manage the property was very good, I received clear instructions for picking up the keys and finding a cheap parking place nearby. I had read that they have problems with hot water and it was not true at all! The water had pressure and was very hot. It is located in the old center of Zadar and we appreciate that we found the air conditioning on when we arrived.
