I messaged Iva as the host as we arrived early from the airport, and she updated me once cleaning was done and we were able to meet her and check-in at 3pm. Which was very much appreciated. The building wasn't that inviting on initial arrival, but the apartment exceeded our expectations and matched the photographs provided on website. It looks like the owner has spend some money on cosmetics such as brick wall features, spacious wardrobes, new and modern kitchen facilities, and the bathroom was extremely clean and fitted out to a very high standard. They were some bonus features like dishwasher and washing machine at hand but we didn't use them or need them. With regard to location, it was really handy as you were just inside the walls to the old town with all the restaurants, bars and shops all walkable within a few minutes. Was pleasantly surprised by Zadar as the streets were charming, everybody was friendly, and felt safe walking around. Would certainly recommend people to visit the Old town for short stay.

A great location, right by restaurants, bars and the water. Mia was so kind and helpful after a long day of travelling for us. We found our stay so restful & can’t wait to come back! There are quite a few steps to get up to the room, something to keep in mind. It didn’t bother us but it might be difficult some.

Great apartment with exposed stone feature walls, really cosy and equipped with everything you need. Fantastic location, right by the old town, walkable to all attractions, restaurants/bars etc. The lady who met us there with the keys was so helpful/informative.
