Initially, I had problem to find a correct way to the property but local people were very helpful. Property situated in the heart of the Old Zadar which helps to find travel agent, restaurants ect. Room was very clean and receptionists helpful.

Perfect location inside the old town next to the sea, which is a good starting point to every place of interest you would like to visit in Zadar. The room is quite clean and I extremely like the style of the room. People there are also super nice! They prepared a map for me and showed me everything that I need to know as a tourist. There is a small intermezzo. On the second day we checked out and went to the Plitvice park. They found that some of our stuff was left in our room. They contacted us and helped us get it back. We are quite grateful for their help (since there are some very important things, like keys). Again I would like to thank them for the arrangement. In the future if I am going to visit Zadar again, I would definitely book this hotel again, as well.

Clean, new and very comfortable bed and stand up shower. Service from staff was exceptional.

Great location in the old town not far from the beaches south of the town walls. Our room was compact , very modern and clean with tea, coffee and a fridge stocked with drink and snacks you could buy at very reasonable price. The reception staff were very helpful again as we stayed recently as part of our island hop to Brac & Hvar. There are plenty of nice restaurants in town & plenty of small bakeries when they sell lovely pastries, cakes , sandwiches. Zadar is a great hub to get around Croatia from , there are buses to split from the local station ( takes about 2:20 hrs) where you can pick up ferries/ catamarans to many of the southern islands. Great place for a long weekend or weeks stay.

Location couldn’t be better , close to everything . Clean , private and very secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The perfect Location!

Superb location in the Old Town but still very quiet. Beautiful room with an excellent bathroom. Staff very help with access as I was arriving after reception closed.
