Great apartment. Cleanliness 100%!!! The owner tries to do everything to make your stay more pleasant. My daughter and I were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days. The air conditioning is a huge bonus, as is the terrace for your own use - it was nice to sit in the evenings. The building is in a great place - 15 minutes on foot from the beach (3 to choose from in this distance), literally around the corner is a nice cafe/restaurant. There are two local markets nearby (5 minutes on foot). The area itself is quiet, gives a sense of safety and relaxation, and the center of Zadar is literally less than 10 minutes by taxi. If we plan to travel to Croatia again - we definitely want to stay in the same place. We would like to thank the owner for such a successful stay!

The accommodation is a great location. We were able to do a short 10-15 minute walk to 2 lovely beaches..Not too crowded. Very clean apartment and a very friendly and helpful host.

For a mother and daughter vacation it was an excellent choice: simple, clean and quite double room with comfortable bed, nice shower, good AC, large balcony and a small TV for Pink Panther cartoons :) The guesthouse is close to Borik, Uskok and Puntamika beaches (10-12 minute walk or 2 bus stops) and even closer to at least 3 good restaurants (Roko restaurant is just in front of it). Also, there are 2 bus stops nearby (5 and 8) and a minimarket (Tommy). Jela is a perfect host, helpful with anything you need and a discreet presence. Thank you for having us!

The room was so beautiful with a wonderful balcony. Emma is one of the nicest people I met, she's hard working and she put a lot of effort to make sure you're having a good experience of Zadar. It's close to the beach, 45 mn by feet or 10mn by bus from the historical center of Zadar (the bus stop is really close). 100% recommend.

The room was not only spacious but also exceptionally comfortable, and the large terrace provided a wonderful setting for breakfasts with a view. The host's hospitality was commendable, accommodating our early check-in request without hesitation. The proximity to Borik beach was a definite plus, although the distance from the city center was a bit of a trade-off, requiring a 30-40 minute commute. Inside, amenities like the AC and television were appreciated touches.
