Super friendly people and good communication. Short way to the Zadar centre since Bolt/Uber is quite cheap and the drive only takes 6-7 minutes. Had mostly everything you needed.

Very helpful and kind host 😃 The rooms are large and equipped with everything you need including crockery and microwave, the accessories are new, the shower cabin is big enough, the beds are comfortable, and it is very clean. There was water and beer in the fridge as Welcome 😉 The location is far from the center, a 30-minute walk, but it is a quiet area, there is a bus stop nearby (bus 1B-3 stops away from the bus station), a Bolt or Uber is about 6 EUR. There are many hypermarkets nearby, a shopping center, a restaurant, and I have to mention the good espresso in the Plodine cafe.

Our apartment in Guest House Ana was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We found everything for a comfortable stay! There was no noise, enough dishes and kitchen utensils, the air conditioner worked great and thanks to the external blinds, while the air conditioner was off, the apartment remained pleasantly cool until we returned. There are two large grocery stores nearby. Since we love walking, we easily walked to the sea and back. But if someone prefer travel by transport, then directly from the bus main station (10 minutes from the beach) there is a direct bus from the 2nd platform No.1 practically to the apartment (photo of the map). Also Bolt is very popular and not overpriced. So location is great! You have everything what you need but far from noise. 👌🏼🥰 We would like to separately mention the owner - Marinko. He is very nice and always in touch, redy to help if he can. We came to the Zadar later than we expected and he kindly helped us with advice on the best way to get to the apartment from the bus station. Further communication was always very kind. We had several requests and Marinko helped us very quickly. We really appreciate this kind of attitude! Thank you very much for a great vacation and the wonderful place to stay! ❤️🔥🤩☺️🙏🏼

The downstairs apartment is very comfortable staying in. Parking spaces are right next to the house. There is an abundance of plants and flowers around the house which looks really beautiful and also makes for some extra shade in the sun. Host communicates quicky, friendly and he was able to provide us with our requests. If you have your own car I would recommend booking this accommodation because many city sights are within a short 10min driving distance from the accommodation.
