A fabulously kiddie friendly, family hotel with excellent facilities. Kids adored the climbing wall and Falky Nest in the room, the huge range of swimming pools and large water slide, the pudding room, and the kids entertainment zone which really came into its own after dinner. The adults enjoyed the pools, the spacious bedroom (we benefitted from a free upgrade to a suite), the massage / sauna / relaxation facilities, and the spacious surroundings including beachfront walks, pony trekking (there is a stable by the car park / tennis courts, run by a lovely couple), and the leisure facilities - including bowling. We loved that the wardrobes effectively made a corridor off the entry, into the bathroom - great use of space. The beds were comfortable, the staff helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a good range of options, with plenty of variety to keep everyone happy. Desserts were in a separate room with lots of cake options, sweets, chocolate fountains etc - it was shades of Roald Dahl's chocolate factory and the kids adored it!

It was all brilliant can’t recommend it enough! The children loved flaky land and the people working there were brilliant with them. Lots of fun workshops, science, cooking, football tournaments it was difficult to get them out. These guys work very hard and are amazing!! The food is brilliant, rooms amazing our kids couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw the climbing wall in their bedroom. The gym is lovely and the sports facilities are fab. We didn’t leave the hotel as there was so much to do for everyone. A real treat for the kids and parents alike!! Loads of indoor options too if weather not great. We loved it!

Friendly and generally helpful staff, often able to speak a bit of English and a bit of German. Incredibly patient kids‘ caretakers, very dependendable, attentive to kids, supportive at all times! Nice little spa area and good range of treatments, sport areas, fitness and bowling also make it attractive for adults. Small but well maintained beach 200m away, plus secluded smaller spots on tiny cliffs to use as lounge areas at the sea!

Everything was just wonderful. It exceeded our expectation in every way. It is very tastefully designed, every detail thought through and it was amazingly comfortable. The food was simply delicious, the kids loved all the programme. The most wonderful was the service. From the front desk, wonderful Carla, to animators team led by Andrea, with Marcela and all the others, to Miroslav, Filip and many more in the restaurant and also all the chefs, housekeepers, to the last helper, were just amazing! Always smiling and saying hello. This is what really makes the stay great.

Hotel has an excellent location next to beach. Traffic is limited. Hotel has excellent offer for familis and kids with very delicious food.
