10/10 for the service and standards at the facility. A great location and the management staff from airport pick up to planning boat trips were fantastic.

The property was very clean, plenty of hot water and good air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and the owner of the property was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was empty when we went in and was heated just a little to make it a lovely temperature for the weather, as well as its half in the sun and half in the shade.

The host, what a guy friendly funny and he gave us a lot of information about the aria. Large apartment with all the things you need, close to shops, inter Spar and washingmachine facilities in Zadar. We walked to the old city and dronk a coffee at the harbor. We took a sailingship and went to Kali. You can also take the bus to Zadar. Lost of special places to visit. I think we where the oldest visiting people. Most of the visitors where young 😜

The pool is great and the location is fine as we had a rental car there are lots of supermarkets nearby.

Just close enough to Old Town- nice quiet area. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The pool was very clean. Vladimir and Mr.Lulic both excellent hosts, not in your face but there when needed- both very friendly. Value for money was great- would defo come back and defo recommend. Air con also fantastic always a bonus.

The owner is absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, welcoming and very kind. We enjoyed the pool. Good location for supermarkets. Very clean and pleasant stay. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

the room was a good size. it was simple but comfy. there was a decent sized communal fridge and pool. location wise it was a short taxi ride from the old town, and next to a number of large supermarkets.

The beds are really comfortable and the room was clean. The swimming pool is open for use all day and into the evening which is a fab addition.
