The location is best, water just outside the property. The apartment is equipped with all facilities needed. Perfect for a couple. Wifi can be better and AC would be great in bedroom than in living room. Rest all was good in apartment

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic. Just footsteps away from the sea, it offers a perfect setting for a relaxing stay. Even though we were there for just a few hours, we could fully appreciate how ideal the location is for anyone looking to enjoy the beach and the sea right at their doorstep.

This is an ideal apartment, very clean, beautiful, spacious. There is a comfortable bed in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything you needed, a lots of dishes, salt, sugar, spices, oil. The sea is right next to the fence. We swam, showered in the house, rested and sunbathed on the territory. We were on the ground floor, where there is a terrace with a large table and sun loungers. There are also 2 sun loungers in the courtyard and 2 sun loungers with an umbrella on the playground in front of the house. Beautiful courtyard. There is a bus stop nearby. Not far from the house along the beach there are shops with everything you need in one direction and in the other. Very friendly hosts.

All positive things, nice simple apartment, clean and with AC, all you need for a comfortable stay for a few nights.. apart from one thing

Host met us for a short 2 night stay in the Attic Apartment with Terrace. Lots of space - the terrace is not overlooked being on the first line to the beach which is literally a few steps away. The view of the sea and sunset from the terrace is amazing. A traditional apartment, with everything for a really good self catering stay. Supermarket 'Tomy' 5 minutes walkaway to the right facing the sea - a bakery - 2 restaurants / bars also in the same area, ATM, watersports and sunbed hire from the cafe. Bus stop to Zadar old town on the main road 10 mtrs away (1.60 Euro - 20 mins) or Uber 6 Euro. Our flight was not until later that evening - but the host happily let us stay until the absolute latest and kept our luggage and offered us of the garden - our stay actually overlapped with the next guests! Would have been nice - if the hosts had a paddle board to use - as the water is calm early morning.

A beautiful and modern apartment overlooking the sea. There are restaurants and a couple of bars within a few minutes walk and more further a field. The sea is beautiful for a swim but beach shoes are a must! The apartment is well equipped with good air con but only in the lounge. Owner is a lovely lady. Would highly recommend this apartment.
