This accommodation is for sea and beach lovers. You don't have a very high comfort but the people running this place couldn't be any better. They are always smiling, asking how you are and if you need something. Everything is very basic (the bathroom, the kitchen, the room) but the price is fair for this area considering there are very few accommodation in walking distance to the sea (this being one of them). The closest supermarket is at about 2km, in Zacharo. On Sunday everything is closed so beware if arriving on Sunday (like us). Somehow, the beach and the sea are so stunning that nothing else seem to matter. The percent of foreign tourists is about 1% the rest of the guests being all greek. The prices, in this area seem to be from another era. The sun bed is 3 euro (the consumption included), a bottle of Alpha beer is 3 to 3,50 euro, a whole grilled fish is 10 euro (not per 100gr). It is also a good area to explore Ancient Messinia, Voidokilia beach, Kalamata, Methoni castle and other interesting places. We will be back.

The location is good within 5 minutes walk of the fabulous beach. It has a good terrace equipped with a basic kitchen. You can make coffee and tea and store food in the fridge.

Friendly welcoming hosts, and the room suited our requirements for our 3 night stay. It was very comfortable and had a great shower. We ate at the Taverna 2 nights, and it was delicious, and was great value. Thank you.

Mr. Theodore is the best host in the whole Peloponesos. He is full of energy, with a young heart and kind mind. He was very helpfull whenever it was needed. Don't forget to buy honey made by him, it's delicious. The apartmen is close to the beach, 3-4 min. There is also a taverna run by him. You don't have to worry about any noise. We heard better the turtles walking around the bush than anybody from there.
