Good hotel very close to the train station that connects the center of Amsterdam in about 10 minutes and the airport. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket where you can find anything you may need and also the center of Zaandam where all the stores are. The hotel staff is excellent, very helpful and polite. We did our check in very fast with no problems. The hotel in general (excluding rooms) is very clean. Towels fresh everyday. We were a family of four and we paid for a junior suite room. Regarding the size it was really good for us with no issues. Warm rooms.

We had a short trip, during which we visited 4 hotels (this one was incredibly cool in compared to the others) Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Clean, comfortable and great location.

We had room 409 which was a king suit and was very happy about the size of the room. The bed is a super comfy super king size. Shower was also good pressure and warm. Train station is 5 min walk and your into Amsterdam central in 12 mins which is perfect. Zaandam has a good selection of bars and restaurants within 10 min walk from hotel.

The location was very convenient- 5 minute walk from train station. The staff was helpful and I have had a good experience during my stay. The facilities are also very good. Bonus point is there is a kettle with teabags and coffee inside the room, very much to our liking.

The location is very good, most staff were very nice but one or two of them would not even look at you, just keep looking at the computer and give very short and sharp answer. But other than that when requested a thinner pillow they gave us and they put my mum’s insulin in the freezer as well.
