The room was a little bit outdated but still ok. I really enjoyed the dinner thanks to the kind staffs and wine & dessert by the recommendation from the staff were great.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the dinner I had in the restaurant was exceptional. The pool was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed my swim. ☺️

The hotel is just 5 minutes from the ferry port and our window overlooked the lake and the church. There is an excellent swimming pool and a spa, but what impressed us most is that we could enter our room two hours before the official check-in time, at 13 instead of 15. Thank you very much!

Location is fabulous just outside the entrance to the walled village. Quiet location with private parking. Breakfast was good - buffet style.

The room was spacious, comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the garden. Free, private parking. A few metres from the village which is a pure delight to discover once the day visitors leave.

Just finished a great stay at the hotel and what a great location. We arrived on the Thursday and the restaurant was shut, and there was only member of staff on duty. However they were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Plenty of restaurants to visit in Yvoire so the restaurant being closed was not an issue. The hotel benefits from a pool and spa which is a good addition for the price.
