great location to the Ishiuchi gondola, you can’t get any closer than this place! it’s super clean, you get daily fresh towel and laundry is also available (which was super helpful as we were mid-trip on our 3 week holiday).

Excellent location to get to the mountain - Lovely warm breakfast made fresh each morning and super helpful and friendly hosts. The room was perfect (simple, Japanese style - had everything needed, was warm & clean), and the Onsen added a touch of magic at the end of the day. Although not used much, the shared space is also quite nice.

Staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful. Cheap lift tickets for Mt Naeba available at the counter. Nice onsen in the basement. Staff helped to arrange luggage delivery direct to airport by filling out forms and arranging pickup.
