Onsen and large and cozy room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Opening hours of onsen till late midnight. Closed to convenient stall, (Family mart).

Friendly and helpful staff responsive to guests' needs with thoughtful shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off (designated times) at echigo yuzawa station, where there are plenty of food and shopping options. For skiing enthusiasts, youi can also rent your ski equipment in the hotel itself.

It was with an onsen, coin laundry in the wardrobe outside of onsen area. The shuttle by the hotel makes moving around so easy.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The front counter staff, equipment rental staff, shuttle bus drivers, dining room staff and cleaners all went out of their way to make us feel at ease. The hotel also offered cheap snow gear rental and ski resort passes.

Our stay at Hotel Yuzawa Yuzawa Denkiya was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality from the friendly staff. The hotel's facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and inviting, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring and driving. The onsen was a bit on the warm side, but very relaxing! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Yuzawa Yuzawa Denkiya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Yuzawa Denkiya is beautiful traditional Japanese style hotel. Our family loved sleeping on tatami and enjoyed the little extras like the tea and Japanese biscuits provided. We also loved the indoor and outdoor Onsen. The staff were very kind and we were given fresh towels and wash cloths daily. What a treat. There is a convenience store a couple of hundred metres down the road and vending machines everywhere of course. Love this place and look forward to coming back.

The hot tub is relaxing. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are friendly and drove us to the station with their shuttle bus.
