The hospitality was amazing. We were able to hire random ski shoes/ accessories from Allumeur that the hire shop couldn't provide.

Very friendly staff! We enjoyed the food and it's a close walk to the Hatsukaishi ski lift entrance. We enjoyed our stay!

The family run business was a highlight,with an excellent attention to detail on all facets. The food was particularly excellent and plenty of it. It snowed heavily when we were departing and the owners son haraki was kind enough to drive 6 people and suitcases ...2 seperate trips...from ishiuchi to echigo yuzawa station. A very very kind gesture indeed. We were disappointed to leave such a great location.

Good location and friendly staff. Clean facilities and I enjoyed the traditional Japanese style room. I rented an e-bike at the Echigo-Yazawa station, so getting from the station to the hotel was easy. I had booked the option with breakfast and dinner, but was leaving the next morning at 5 am. The host made me a breakfast the night before and left it in a cooler for me to eat in the morning. I really appreciated this effort and the solid breakfast was highly appreciated as I spent most of the day hiking. Highly recommended!
