Nice accommodation, staff is friendly and helpful. Slight wear and tear of the facility but doesn’t affect the overall experience. Great dinner and breakfast. Private onsen is the highlight of the stay.

The service was excellent. Staff that is always alert to your needs. Location is also excellent. Just 5 mins walk to the shopping street.

The service, ambience and food were exceptional. Love their excellent customer service and the sumptuous meals. The private onsens in the cottage were great. The cottage was big and comfortable. Complimentary taxi to and fro the train station was convenient.

Nice private villa with in-house bath. The dinner was a mix of Japanese and Western fusion, with a Western style breakfast, which both were really tasty. The room was very comfortable and the service from the staff was fantastic. The area is quiet, hence making it a relax stay. Plus point is, it is within walking distance to Lake Kinrin and the shopping street.

The room is super spacious, and private onsen in the room. Staff are all professional. Appreciated that they have a staff able to speak cantonese. There is nothing to complain about this hotel

Exceptional service and facilities. Beautiful gardens. We were impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, including the interns. We stayed in Yamabuki for two nights and the kids loved the indoor onsen. I had a great time enjoying the private outdoor onsen which is detached from the villa. Breakfast and dinners were phenomenal! I had the best beef ever there. We were served with different menus in different private dining rooms, each room had the most terrific views looking into the garden and even Mount Yufuin afar. It’s a truly relaxing and memorable stay for our family. Thank you Itsuki Team.

Spacious, clean, and relaxing environment. Good spacing between the guest houses ensured privacy and great experience. The staff were brilliant too, and spoke many spoke good English which helped a great deal. Also a short walk from nearby attractions.

Unforgettable stay! Beautiful room with private onsen in a quiet part of Yufuin. Staff were friendly and helpful while also respecting our personal space. Dinner and breakfast were amazing! They were able to accommodate my dietary requirements and dinner was genuinely one of the best meals I've ever had! I would love to stay here again one day!

The hotel staffs are very professional and welcoming! We had two wonderful nights there and enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners as well. We also greeted the wildlife too:)
