the room is very spacious and beautiful! scrumptious food! very friendly staffs and very helpful! the onsen in the room is not bad but the private onsen have a better view.

Overall, a very pleasant stay near Yufuin. The hotel itself is about a 15min walk from the main tourist streets and offers ample (free) parking. The facilities themselves were impressive. The lobby was modern and new. The rooms and public baths were more traditionally styled, clean and comfortable. They offered a two private baths which did not require reservations and a public bath. Most of the baths were outdoors and far more spacious than the usual onsen set up. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were both delicious and there was a complimentary self-serve bar available in the lobby after dinner.

The food was amazing. They stuffed you like a turkey. Onsen was relaxing. Rooms were big and they kept them warm. I liked that they had a private onsen you could go to and wait instead of dealing with the hassle of making reservations.
