Please note, the full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.Different rates and meals apply for children under 6 years of age. Please indicate the following on the Special Requests box at the time of booking:

Guets who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Guests who wish to eat at the property must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. The dinner starts at 18:00 and 19:00. Meals are subject to availability due to limited seats in the dining room.Breakfast is served at 07:30.The main menu for dinner is beef. If guests wish to have chicken instead, a request can be made at least 5 days before arrival with no extra charge. Everyone in the group must have the same main dish (beef or chicken).Children under 6 years of age will be provided with kid's meal. Guests must contact the property at least 1 day before the arrival if they require child meals.The property cannot accept special requests (due to allergies or other dietary restrictions) for meals.The property has a curfew at 24:30. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time.Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.Check out is strictly by 11:00. Extra charges per hour applies for late check out.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Professional staff who are always helpful. Fantastic outdoor onsen (booking required) Great dinner and breakfast Short, leisurely stroll to Lake Kinrin. Near shopping street but quiet.

The hotel and room is very spacious. Staffs are extremely polite, professional and helpful. Food are very tasty. The restaurant where we have breakfast have a stunning view. I have a very unforgettable memory with my parents and family there!

The service level of the staff was the best in my entire trip. I see why they are worthy of the 9.X stars. Staffs were polite, friendly and respectful. Amenities were thoughtful, although showing signs of age in the common room (massage chair, kids area) Get their dinner, the sukiyaki is such a treat after a day out walking around Yufuin Private onsen is sooo great

We stayed in this ryokan for 2 nights on Nov 24. The food was so amazing. The private bath had a super good view of mt. yufudake. The location was very near to Kinrin Lake. The team was able to communicate in English and provided very good service. The ryokan was also very clean.

Room very comfortable n clean. Very close to shopping and food outlets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my AirPod behind and they make an effort to message me and help package and forward it to my next destination. This extra effort reflect the staff honesty and customer first. A big thank you

Have private onsen for family included in the price. The property is also very near to the Yufuin walking street .Good customer service by helping us with our luggage and check us in early. Food is good.

Didn't take the meals but the ryokan is very close to the main shopping street. Easy to find food. Pleasantly surprised that the ryokan is very well kept, clean and bright. Staff are friendly and speak good english. Ryokan provided advice on how to drive there too.
