- Guests arriving at JR Yufuin Station or Yufuin Bus Station: please take a train to JR Yunohira Station, (around 13 minutes by JR train).
- The property offers a free shuttle from JR Yunohira Station, which must be reserved at the time of booking. Guests need to reconfirm the day before arrival or when they get on the train on the day. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.You must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

Quiet little village, private onsen, traditional architecture, incredible food, including vegetarian. Wearing Yukata! The hosts were super friendly and genuine. We loved everything about this place, it was the highlight of our Japan trip

Amazing breakfast and kaiseki dinner (you will be very well-fed!). Room is spacious. They have variety of private onsens that you can choose from and enjoy with your partner, the open air one was so beautiful. Peaceful stay and friendly hosts - we will miss them!

Everything that you'd expect from a traditional Ryokan, from the friendliness of the hosts to the food and rooms. This is my second time staying there in as many years. This time with a group of 10 and everyone had high praises for our stay.

Big rooms, 4 private onsen baths, fantastic breakfast and dinner with all the best from the japanese kitchen. The host and staff extremely friendly and helpful - and our host even drove us to Yufuin in a thunderstorm. Charming little town.

A beautiful Ryokan. The staff were incredibly kind, breakfast and dinner was delicious and the four private onsen are all lovely. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable, with amenities all provided. Great experience of traditional type Japanese home. Food is exceptional and wonderful warm hosts.

Relaxing private baths with a good view, the spacious rooms and clean toilets. the host was also generous and accomodating to my father's dietary needs. there is also a free shuttle from the station to the ryokan.
