Cheng Yuan is in a fantastic location and the rooms exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious. The was a desk and chair, a small table and 2 chairs and a little alcove off

Staff were friendly, breakfast was simple and very nice, views at breakfast (they have a seating area at the back) was very quaint with superb views. The room was spacious, felt very clean, overall very comfortable stay. Would return again.

The location, room, and service were all excellent. We had an incredibly comfortable stay. I highly recommend getting the room with the view of the lake-- the balcony was a lovely place to sit and sip some of their very good complimentary tea. I was very happy with my stay and would absolutely come back.

The breakfast was average but the breakfast room was very good as it was overlooking the lake. The family room was a good size and relatively clean and the receptionists were pleasant. The accomodation was well located close to the lake ferry, lake shuttle bus and dining options.

The bathroom is very nice. My kids love it very much. The location is great, the eating and shopping area is just around the corner. It is also close to the cable car station.

The facilities are great. It really feels like a hotel. Location is also great because it is very close to the night market. Its top most floor can even see the Sun Moon Lake.
