Located right at pier. Very convenient to go catch the boat, rent bikes, go to the old alley market etc. breakfast spread was limited but had cheesecake!

The view was nice as it was near the pier. They provided a kid pail and baby cot which was very warmly. The location is very convenient as there is alot of shops below. The fried carrot cake was also very nice for their breakfast. They also have proper dressing table. The toilet was quite big.

The room was spacious for 3 adults and comes with a beautiful view which was what we have booked. Breakfast area comes with a view too. Eateries are just a throw stone away.

We booked 3 rooms at the Hu Yue Hotel in Ita Thao and all of them had fabulous views of Sun Moon Lake. The staff was very helpful during check-in and again when we had to leave early due to a typhoon. They refunded us the last night of our stay without any issues which I really appreciated since we were already stressed out about the storm and having to find other accommodations. The lake is beautiful and there are several different sights to see around the area including a nice walking trail around part of the lake. The breakfast at the hotel was a buffet style with a decent mix of Western options (ham, eggs) and Taiwanese style food.

Hotel is right at the Ita Thao night market, surrounded by lots of food. The room offers an excellent view of the lake. Room although is abit old but is spacious and clean. Breakfast is a decent spread of local food and dining area overlooks the lake. Hotel staff are friendly.

The view of the lake and the mountains, filled with fog. The convenience to the Ita Shao shopping belt, cable car and boat ride. Four housekeepers to clean up the room. Leaking pipes were fixed after reporting to the staff.
