Lovely clean little hotel, we had a room on the ground floor which was perfectly clean and a great size too, nice bathroom with a shower.

Perfect location , have returned many times to this hotel, the team are brilliant and cannot do enough for you , enough combination of rooms to suit everyone and in easy walking distance of all the main sites including menin gate

We loved the staff! Very funny and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and the location absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was really good with fresh bacon and eggs cooked to order. We will definitely be back!

Great breakfast, freshly cooked, great choice of cold items. All stall were very friendly. Excellent location to the town centre.
