It was so nice how David hosted us, he has been there for us to give us further infomations and hints where and what we can do, that was helpful. The Last Past was impressive.The room was very tidy, comfy and clean, also was the bath. It was uncomplicated and we do highly recommend this guesthouse. Thank you David, you are a friendly guy!

Very good location. Close to commodities . In a Very calm street. The host is very kind with clear guidance. The room is spacious and clean. The bed comfortable .

The location was excellent and despite not having parking it was so easy to get to the parking recommended by the owner and that was free! The owner was friendly and gave us all relevant information plus additional things to do and also provided tourist maps all on arrival. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Fresh towels were provided for our second night. I would definitely recommend, and we will go back.

Excellent location in the centre of Ypres. Room was clean and spacious, and our host was friendly and welcoming. Tea and coffee provided. Quiet, set in a residential area.

Friendly host. Great location on a quiet street, short walk to MeninGate and old town. Comfortable bed, good shower. Parking close by.
