Unfortunately one of us had a fall while on holiday, breaking a shoulder, so that we needed some additional assistance when we arrived. The family were extremely helpful and found a suitable room, together with a stool for the shower, thereby making life easier for us. In addition, we had an excellent buffet breakfast and secure parking for our car just behind the hotel.

Garage motorcycle parking was crucial for our stay and was very good and very secure. Staff were all excellent. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is such a friendly hotel with considerate staff. Right in the center, 100 yards from the main square, its own car park which is a real bonus in Ypres, and handy for a walk on the ramparts. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bar full of WW1 books - and a printout of which groups were at Menin Gate each evening.
