A very friendly host went above and beyond with everything , chocolates and wine,Port.supplied everything you could imagine. Great shared space patio. Comfortable bed. Breakfast prepared when you wanted it, both cooked and continental. Not only the room private bathroom and toilet plus your own sitting room felt like an apartment.. Made you feel like family. Going back in April.

The property Was excellent!! , very clean and tidy. We were blown away by the extra little things that were on offer. It was the best stay ever. Made us feel like we were at home. The breakfast was so so yummy, we were treated like family which what we liked too. If you want to go to York and stay over then you must stay at York’s Lookout Lodge Bed and Breakfast.

Jeanette is a very friendly hostess. Enjoyed our chats Breakfast was great, so much variety. Room was clean and comfortable and all the thoughtful extras in our room….chocolates,fruit,water and choices of teas and coffee were an added bonus.

Very well set up, with a broad range of toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. Lovely outdoor communal space. Hosts were delightful and very accommodating. Slightly out of town, so quiet area. Easy 15-20 minute stroll into York. .
