There was a lovely welcome box ,and the diffusers had a amazing smell so much so that we bought a few to take home .

Very clean & comfortable, love the welcome hamper, nice touch. Everything you could want for in kitchen (except kitchen roll which we could gave done with). Furnished well to a high standard, excellent location for train station - would highly recommend

Elegant apartment in the Hudson Quarter, an impressive modern development complex just minutes away from the Minster. The quality on offer exceeds the expectations already high based on the presentation in booking.com. Arriving in the allocated parking space and going up with the modern lifts you already feel that the key word of this reservation is QUALITY. Once entered in the apartment you have the feeling that you are the very first guest after the inauguration. Everything is sparking clean, the facilities, the amenities, the lighting, the details and the general atmosphere create a sense of cohesive comfort of a home away from home. The digital welcome on the dedicated tablet becomes a guarantee for a wonderful stay, be it for a few days or a few weeks. I could continue by listing a long list of well thought details meant to feel great and enjoy your time in-doors when you do not explore the city. Highest recommendations. Should we return to York soon or later this apartment (35 Kings) will be our first choice by far. Congratulations!!!

Immaculate, well equipped, comfortable sofa and beds, great shower (with control taps before you step into the shower! Yay!). Beautiful courtyard garden. Great to have a secure parking spot. Great location, Lovely welcome pack. Lovely modern apartment
