Location was great to explore York. Rooms were clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. Cozy beds and quiet area for a good night's sleep. Wasn't sure about the WiFi. I didn't use it but someone who tried to thought you had to pay, but not sure as didn't use it myself. Shout out to the owners too who were kind enough to let us drop bags off much earlier than check in time which made life much easier for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again if we return to York.

Two bathrooms one with walk in shower so perfect for those with mobility issues. Lift to apartment again great for those with mobility issues. Central location with flat walk into the heart of the city. Generous sized, well equipped and well furnished apartment. Safe and secure - fob access to complex with parking. Additional charge for this inline with York car parking charges. Fabulous communication with owner (Helen) and Amanda who meets you on the day to show you round. Basics for continental breakfast provided for you for first day plus milk which was great for an initial welcome coffee! Two small supermarkets 1 minute walk away. Central location but super quiet throughout the day and evenings. Heating kept the apartment at a comfortably warm temperature but there are also windows to open in the lounge kitchen diner and bedrooms if you want air.

Stayed previously and it’s a great apartment in a superb location. Suitable for guests with mobility issues as apartment is on one level, walk in shower and lift access to first floor apartment with parking on site available.

The location of the apartment was great - situated in a quiet area. It was also very spacious. Although we did not use the kitchen area, there were plenty of facilities - washer/dryer, etc.
