The location was perfect.Five minutes from york minister and less than ten minutes from the station by foot.The breakfast was lovely (I don't always have english breakfast !) The room was nice and the powerful shower ! My room was above the bar but I didn't mind the music ! Lovely place , Lovely people !

The owners and staff made us very welcome, nothing was to much trouble for them, the room was very clean and tidy with complimentary tea and coffee, breakfast was exceptional, very hot and made to order, would highly recommend

There is no lift, but the staff were incredible insisting on carrying our luggage for us and bringing it down again when we left. Location is ideal for train station and Christmas market and buses. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The location is excellent with only a 5min walk to the shopping area. The breakfast was very nice especially the cooked full English, was tasty
