The fine print
Please note that the car park is limited to 40 spaces for 63 rooms, and is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a GBP 25 allowance per person per night in the restaurant, excluding drinks, for all all half-board included bookings. Breakfast can be added prior to or on arrival for GBP 15.95 per person, otherwise breakfast will be charged at GBP 19.95 if taken on the day. Please note that the car park is charged at £10.00 per night, limited to 40 spaces, and is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Food is available Monday to Saturday 12:00-20.45 in Langton's. The Sunday Lunch menu is available every Sunday from 12:00-20:00 along with the Daily Specials.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Breakfast was good but cleared away very promptly. It was extremely cold weather and I was cold in bed until I found the blanket. Room could have been warmer. Loved the ambience and of the place.
