Very friendly welcome. Easy parking. Lovely spacious room. Delicious breakfast. Amazing location to walk in to York. Bound of seeing a fox on the way back one evening!

Stayed for 2 nights with 12 year old son. Very welcoming and hospitable hosts. Beautiful, comfortable and clean room. Easy breakfast ordering system and lovely choice of breakfast food. Hosts were happy for my son to eat his own food (he has a special diet). Extra towels were kindly provided on request. Perfect location -off the main road so very peaceful at night, but also conveniently only a short walk to the main attractions. Highly recommend this B&B!

On arrival, Alison was amazing and very accommodating. Our room was the standard double and was fab, clean and tidy and everything we needed. Breakfast was cooked to order which was delicious along with cereals and toast etc. nothing was too much trouble for Alison. Would absolutely recommend No.34 and will definitely be back

Good location. Easily accessible by car with parking off street. Good bus route into town. Well equipped with spacious living room.

Located within walking distance to station and all major attractions in a quiet street. Hosts very friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic and friendly little B & B, great sized room, warm and comfortable. Great facilities and sumptuous breakfast. Greeted by Jason, very helpful and all staff very attentive. A hidden gem that we will come back too. Highly recommended.
