I forgot to mention the important bits. Beds were extremely comfortable, good location. The house was lovely and everybody had a lovely stay. Would go again.

The size of the property was more than we needed or used. the garden area looks bigger than it is on the photos. Although its just the courtyard its very well kept and lots of space.

Size of house Facilities ie games room though no time to use was a lovely room General cleanliness Extra little welcome things like coffee tea cleaning products nice thought Pretty cottage pleasant neighbor Location was good close to York and there is a retail park 5 min away Lovely clean bedding and comfortable beds

Everything beautiful inside and outside. Very comfy beds The property was huge and we got lost a few times which was hilarious. Had everything we needed they even put decorations up that I sent them for 2 of our husbands 50th birthdays
