The property is very warm and comfortable for a winter stay. All the rooms are spacious and the needs of guests have been well thought out in designing them. Host was welcoming.

A wonderful comfortable property with a great host. Conveniently located within a short walk of the city walls and York Minster and with its own parking. As good as it gets.!!
