Great Location, Amazing Cleaniness, Really Big Size for an apartment right outside the city center. Customer Service was expedient, fast and quick. Would 100% stay here again in York!

It was a very good location. The property was very clean. The towels were exceptionally nice very soft so I think they had been tumble dried.

Location was really good, food & drinks close by - contact from the team spot on before visit Tea, coffee & biscuits nice touch, dishwasher tablet & tea towel. Bathroom towels good size & soft. Lovely all round.

Was such a good location and ideally for my 76 year old parents as life up to the floors and ensuite had a walk in shower. furniture was comfortable and beds were also comfortable. it was like home from home.

Great central location , 5 minute walk to the minster. Apartment was well catered for and enjoyable. Felt very secure and private - would recommend. Great location and very well organised, check your junk for emails, parking was a couple of streets down on the road, so better to drop bags then do a u turn back to parking spot . This is using their parking permit. There is parking round the corner from the apartment , but not sure of the timings or overnight costs .
