Super clean room and communal areas, safe parking, easy walk into town and lovely staff. Room was tight but that's what we expected. Absolutely no complaints.

Extremely friendly welcome from Robert, very accommodating and nothing seemed to be an issue.Train! ( another story) was not until much later in the afternoon, despite this we were allowed to leave our luggage and pick it up much later.

Rob, the host was super friendly, positive and helpful. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfy and the shower was good and powerful. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. The location was perfect for me as I had to attend an event at the Historium. Rob kindly organised parking for me as well, I couldn't ask for more.

Everything: easy of access location, central to citywide attractions, spectacular view, easy check in/out, good supply of amenities + clean throughout. The little dog was cute too!
