The bedroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. I have very high standards when it comes to things being clean but this passed my expectations. The location was fabulous and only a short walk from the city. The breakfast was amazing! My daughter who is 10years old loved the bedroom and four poster bed. We both had a fantastic night away and would certainly return.

Second time we've stayed here. It's ideally located to explore York near the Minster and art gallery. This time our room was bigger and again clean and comfortable. We were a little early but the staff let us check into our room with no fuss which was great after a long train journey.

Great location next to the gardens with easy access to a car park. Large room with comfy super king bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming and had our room ready earlier than expected.

Great location - the room was on the small side and very hot in the night - but lovely and very clean. Fabulous location - lovely staff. Great that our room was ready on arrival and we were able to leave our luggage for the day of check out while we were out and about - fabulous stay!

Lovely little BnB very close to the city and train station which was great as we walked everywhere. Nice breakfast in the morning too. Just stayed the one night for a weekend break so can't really say much more than that!
