The breakfast was lovely, perfectly cooked. Location excellent, just a 10 minute walk into the city. The room was nice. We especially like the app which allowed us to control the temperature of our room. Great.

The property was very nice, we felt the staff were really friendly & attentive. The room was beautifully decorated & clean. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic & plentiful, there was a great range of things to choose from. It was situated in a great place for easy walking access to the main attractions of York. We loved our stay & will definitely return.

The guest house was in a great location and we stayed in a beautiful big Tang Superking room. Hosts had thought of everything including makeup remover pads and shower caps. There was also complimentary milk and juice in the room fridge. Breakfast included and plenty available. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Tower Guest house exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely, well-appointed light filled room with a very comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and cooked fresh to order! It is worthy of the awards they have received. Free on-site parking was fantastic with a short walk into town. The guest house was beautifully decorated and cared for. Tony was a lovely helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the guest house to others.

The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very nicely laid out. The bed was very comfortable and well made. The room had everything we needed and more. It was private very warm and cosy. We paid for breakfast and this was excellent and good value for money. Our hosts Diane and Tony where very accommodating help full making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
