A great size room for 3 - comfortable beds and nice shower. Very quiet didnt hear any other people from our room. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices. Nice walk into York along the river only 15/20 mins walk. Highly recommended

Comfy hotel, easy walk to city centre and well served by local buses. Kind hosts who provide everything you could need. Will definitely return when next in the area.

All of it. The breakfast was really good. The home was really warm and inviting. It was only a 20 minute walk to York.

The house and host were both very welcoming. There was plenty of off road parking. Our room was very spacious, nice and clean with a comfortable bed.
