Excellent from the moment we were greeted at the doors. Great staff service with excellent facilities. The room was great which had a mixture of modern facilities but existing features of the original building.

The building is stunning. The room was huge & well equipped. The doormen, reception staff & restaurant staff were all very helpful.

Check in was seamless and well managed. The Concierge team were attentive and valet parking very easy. the hotel arranged a dinner for 21 family members to celebrate a milestone and the team and "Dan" were very helpful throughout the night. Small details of remembering our names was a simple but nice touch.
