I liked the privacy of check in, the property is in a quiet location, close to the centre, just a 5 min walk. Mellisa was very friendly with some great advice on places to eat! My stay was uneventful, just came and went when I wanted. Room was clean bright and with everything you need for a short stay!

The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything :food, entertainment , shopping, the train. Room and ensuite were wonderful, clean and comfy. Melissa is absolutely delightful, so friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't think twice about booking here again. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, literally less than 10 minute walk into the centre of York. Great price for the location as well. Cute little basic room with everything you need for a short break.
