The hotel was excellent and met our needs, free parking and lovely clean roo. We had dinner in the restaurant and this wAS FAB.

Not too far from York, we went to the restaurant before & realised it was also a hotel, so we stayed this year, after dropping daughter at Uni & had a meal

Friendly, quiet place. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Powerful shower. Kettle and hairdryer in the room along with tea, coffee and biscuits. Toiletries also provided. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast available and you check yourself out in the morning but that wasn't a problem to us. We will happily book here again if we are in the area

Room was good, very clean and excellent shower. Only caution, access was by fairly steep stairs. As I am disabled that needed care, but staff helped willingly carrying my baggage. Evening meal in the Thai restaurant was very good and staff there were charming. No breakfast available.

The location for this was good to get into York and to see our relatives. Park and ride was just down the road and got you into York for the whole day for £5.00 and only took 15 minutes. Each member of staff were polite and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive nothing was a hassle and they went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. The guy on the main reception/front bar on Saturday 27th April was very helpful and would like to thank him for everything he did to ensure our stay was 10/10
