Lovely receptionists. Cleaner very loud in the mornings, had 3 days and didn't have my room cleaned for some reason. The fire doors are constantly banging which is a disturbance. Other guests were rowdy, walls very thin. A great breakfast available. The rooms are very small but OK just for somewhere to sleep. The location is great as is the parking. One straight road takes you right into the city centre with plenty of buses available for those that can't walk far. It's a shame about the noise factor because it makes it impossible to have a good night's sleep.

This property was excellent value for the money the room we stayed in was deluxe family room the Frenkal room lovely and clean ,staff were so polite and helpful,the breakfast was absolutely lovely full English , thank you for making our stay so enjoyable would recommend and definitely stay here again ❤️

The staff were amazing, very helpful, and chatty. It was a great atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, so much choice. We got a bus in to the city centre, so easy. It's a very central location for families or couples, lots to explore, we were even allowed to walk around the stable yard which my wife loved. The room was clean and tidy and plenty of space for us (family of 3). Shower was very hot which again we loved as many hotels we've stayed in only run luke warm water. All in all it was a fantastic getaway and we will be definitely staying again.

It was a super clean, very comfortable room! A bit warm but we just opened the window for a while and it settled. The staff were super lovely. Breakfast was brilliant! So so close to York centre and great buses Lovely pubs close by

This was the first time visiting York and Stableside. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, a very warm welcome and a lovely room. The property is a 45 min walk into York which isn’t too far. We felt we were staying in the perfect location and enjoyed our Christmas cocktail provided by the lovely staff.
