Clean room, comfy bed. Room warm and clean. The only thing that let the room down was the shower isn't a power shower the piece of kit holding the fridge and tea coffee making facilities were on a weak spot on the floor, the whole thing goes into a dip when you walk near it. The fridge regulating would shake the unit and rattle the crockery under neath. Therefore I had to unplug it at night

It was friendly and had everything we needed. The fridge in the room was really useful to have. The stay was definitely better than I expected, having read some pretty bad reviews! It was really just fine though.

It was a British breakfast. I liked! I got some stars, but the room was very good. I was by myself and I really recommend.

Located close to city centre but not too close😊 Breakfast was good and staff attentive. Fridge in the room was a nice touch.

Location was good only a 10min walk into York a nice pub a few steps away and a lovely Indian restaurant very close by. Very quiet

Good location for town and train station, about a 20-25 minute walk. Nice breakfast, and the owners we pleasant and ok

the staff were very helpful when we had trouble finding them due to road closures. They explained everything very well and were extremely efficient. Quite a bonus to have car parking. Well done Park View

Staff were really helpfull even carried our lugage up to the top floor. Let us leave our luggage the day we checked out till 16.00, which was lovely so we had another 8.00 hours to wander unencumbered round York. Breakfast was exceptional, way.more than enough to eat.All in all we had a fabulous stay and the Indian restaurant they recommended when we asked was wonderful and we got a discount for staying in the hotel. Would definitely stay their again, it had homely feel, warm and friendly.
