The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. We were able to get milk whenever needed to make tea - very important! The bed was lovely and comfortable, amazing place

We stayed over the festive period and was greeted with a mince pie warm and mulled wine as we came in from the pouring rain. It was a lovely touch, the staff were friendly and assisted with our every need promptly. We checked out a little later than expected and they made no issue about this.

The hotel was in a really good position, a short walk to the centre of York. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean.

The bed was really comfortable, the room was stylish and modern. The bathroom was lovely. A smart Tv that worked for Netflix etc. only a 15-20 min walk into the centre which didn’t bother us. Would stay again

Beautiful building, lovely room which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the smart tv and room service. Very friendly staff! An easy walk into the city centre, and a bonus to have secure parking for our trip too.
