Great location, close to the racecourse and the city centre. Comfortable beds, with everything you need for a weekend. Plenty of parking, with a couple of pubs close by. This is the second time we have stayed and would recommend.

The house was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was just under half an hour's walk from the attractions in the centre of York which was very handy and the area round the house was very quiet when we were there in late June. Check-in and out was very easy with the keys being in a lock box next to the front door. The three bedrooms were all fairly roomy with good sized double beds. Having two full bathrooms with showers and also a downstairs toilet with a sink was useful first thing in the morning.
