Staff. Very friendly but no remote in room, windows wouldn't open and bathroom door handle came off in hands trapping us in bathroom

The staff were amazing they responded to all our requests friendly and in a timely manner - it was clean and comfortable we had a small family room which was a bit small but fantastic for location and value for money. We loved it and would def go back thank you

The staff are very lovely. The rooms are only refreshed on request but this is not explained anywhere. The bed is a very firm mattress and the breakfast service quickly gets over loaded at 8am with no plates available or eggs for 5/10 minutes. Window in the room didn't open at all. Location is excellent for both the city and the university.

All the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful from the moment we got there. We had a tiny issue with a electric trip and in less than five mins maintenance was fixing the issue. The staff were warm, friendly, kind and happy to help with anything. Rochell, in particular who checked us in on Friday and checked us out again on Sunday was particularly lovely. Thanks again all!
