The room was very nice and homely , lovely and warm , comfy bed , good sized TV, however at night we could hear lots of noise from above , bit overall didn’t effect our stay

Very clean, really friendly staff and lots of choice for breakfast. A mile drive from the park and ride bus into York centre which is really handy. We called a day before our stay was booked to see if we could check in a day early to beat the forecast snow, the call took about 2 mins and we drove up the same day and checked in! Really good customer service.

The staff where so friendly. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. He was really kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The price was good. The beds were really comfortable
