There is a ramp for wheelchair users.There is no lift in the property, but there are 4 rooms located on the ground floor should guests require them. Additional courses can be added at the property.Please note that access to the spa bath is subject to availability.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location was just over 5 minute walk from train station and about 10 - 15 minute walk to town centre. Nice quiet area. Fabulous location! Hotel very clean, staff friendly and helpful, jacuzzi was an added bonus and was absolutely brilliant! Room was ideal, clean, modern and exactly what we required for our two night stay. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again when visiting York.

Excellent location a short walk into York. Spacious and spotless room that was well equipped. Excellent breakfast choices and car parking a bonus.

reception was great room and breakfast was lovely i didnt feel too well on last day so just had some toast when we booked out they deducted one breakfast from the bill which they didnt have to do
