Great, quiet location in a residential street only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Room had everything needed for a short stay. Good communication before and at check in.

Thwy care about the guests comfort. They provide parking (just £5 per day). It's really meaningful as the area is so hard to find a parking spot or it's so limited time to park atound.

The location was great ten min walk to York minster plenty of little shops on way and pubs for food we had meal in hole in wall really nice and rag the Indian both would be recommend

I was already familiar with Bootham Crescent and its close proximity to the centre of York, the guesthouses and the shortcut from there to the station (10 minute walk). So booking a stay there again was the obvious choice. This time Grange Lodge. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. A great stay for a good price. Friendly staff and proper communication via messages.

Easy access by car. Easy parking on the street if a parking permit was paid. Comfortable beds.

The room was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. The room was also quiet with no noise disturbance during our stay. I visit York on an annual basis and will definitely look to stay here again. Great little guest house.
