Absolutely spotless through out. Staff were very friendly and chatty, couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was brilliant. Would definitely go back.

This hotel is the CUTEST. Super old building but it's the perfect vibe while in York. While the rooms are small (my bathroom and the low ceiling specifically very much so) they are so cosy and decorated amazing so you don't mind the size at all, I loved it in fact. Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the dining area so lovely. The location is perfect, not too far from parking either.
