Breakfast was great - both Japanese and western offerings. There was plenty of it too. I also liked the free drinks. This was a nice touch, although there were no signs in English. Also, the choice of alternate pillows was helpful, as the one on my bed was too hard.

Very good Japanese style breakfast with plent of variety. Extra selections of pillows from soft to hard. 24hr access and short walk to train stations

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and clean and offers a really nice buffet breakfast. The hotel is centrally located to all major attractions and within easy walking distance to the international cruise terminal.

Good breakfast, have to get early to get the best stuff though. Room is typical and fine. Ok location, super close to park and Chinatown so good options are fantastic. Can work in the restaurant area after checkout which is large and comfy.
