The room layout is ideal for two adults. We can unpack our two big luggage at the same time. Check-out method is convenience and efficient. A great bakery is located right on the lobby level.

Location was amazing, room was big for Japan standard, airy, nice windows. Laundry on 3 levels with TV updates, huge TV with many opinion - netflix, YouTube, etc. One of the best hotels I stayed in Japan.

Great location, sheltered path to Yokohama station, with some good restaurants conveniently located in the same building. Staff were very helpful in responding to my chat queries and stored my delivered packages prior to my arrival.

Location was great! plenty of food all around and near to the station. Room was spacious for the 3 of us.Huge tv with streaming services. Comfy beds. Good value for money! Helpful staff :)

Great location just 5 mins walk from the station. The hotel is new and the rooms are slightly more spacious (not by much!) than most in the cities, though this is reflected in pricing. They provided PJs for you to use in the room which were nice and comfy. Beds are on the firmer side which my husband and I liked! They were able to accommodate our two year old in our room as well with no extra charges.
